If you have signed a term sheet, master agreement, ISDA, prime schedule, or FIX specification with 24Swiss AG, those documents prevail over this website copy wherever they conflict.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• All open positions must be closed
• Outstanding fees and obligations must be settled
• Account access will be suspended
• Funds will be returned according to our procedures

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account immediately if:

• You breach these Terms or applicable laws
• Your account becomes inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by regulatory authorities
• We determine it is necessary for risk management

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and obligations continue until fully satisfied, including payment of fees and settlement of positions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

Arbitration

For disputes involving amounts exceeding CHF 100,000, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.

12. General Provisions

Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents, describe the website relationship. A signed commercial pack is the entire agreement for live liquidity.

Survival

Provisions relating to liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of these Terms.
